Who should be cautious: Contains milk. Do not use it if you have a dairy or milk protein allergy. The concentrate in the blend contains some lactose, which may cause digestive discomfort in people who are lactose intolerant. People with kidney or liver conditions, and anyone on a medically supervised diet, should speak to a doctor before raising protein intake. If you are pregnant or nursing, or have any medical condition or take medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. Not intended for children. Protein powder is a supplement, not a replacement for a varied, balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep the tub tightly closed after use.

Whey Protein and Muscle Recovery

Whey is a complete protein that provides all the essential amino acids, including leucine, and it is digested quickly. Research links adequate protein intake, spread through the day and combined with resistance training, with better muscle recovery and strength gains. Total daily protein and consistent training matter more than any single shake. See how much whey protein per day.

Isolate and Concentrate

Whey concentrate keeps a little more lactose and fat, while isolate is filtered further to leave more protein and less of both. A blend sits in between. The exact ratio in this product is not disclosed. See whey protein isolate vs concentrate.

BCAAs and EAAs

BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine and valine) and the other essential amino acids are found naturally in whey protein. If you already eat enough protein, extra amino acids add little.

This section describes whey protein in general. It is ingredient-level information, not clinical evidence on this finished product, and no study of ProScienceNutra 100% Whey itself is cited.
