Directions
In case of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained with 01 serving (0.95 mg) melatonin to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination. In the case of sleep disorders, the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 01 serving (0.95 mg) of melatonin close to bedtime.
